Strategic Plan for Multiworld Legacy University (2024-2027)

Mission Statement:

"Empowering the needy and less fortunate through Biblically-based education and vocational training, MLU fosters a thriving community of servant-leaders, equipped to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our mission is to inspire and transform lives across Ghana and beyond by integrating faith with practical skills for a lasting impact."

Vision Statement:

"To become a premier Mission-driven Biblical University that offers holistic development and empowerment programs. We aim to bridge spiritual and socioeconomic needs while exemplifying the Early Christian Community’s values of compassion, unity, and discipleship, extending our reach globally."

Core Objectives:

  • Deliver accessible, Biblically-grounded education and vocational training that meets community needs.
  • Empower disadvantaged populations through sustainable livelihood programs and spiritual guidance.
  • Establish a growing network of Mission-driven study centers and collaborative partnerships across Ghana.

Strategic Goals (2024-2027):

Short-Term Goals (2024-2025):

  • Open 5 study centers across the Bono, Bono East, and Ahafo Regions to expand our reach and accessibility.
  • Introduce foundational Biblical courses alongside vocational training programs to equip students with essential skills.
  • Form partnerships with at least 10 local churches and community organizations to strengthen our community involvement.

Mid-Term Goals (2025-2027):

  • Extend to a total of 15 study centers nationwide, creating more learning hubs throughout Ghana.
  • Launch undergraduate and graduate programs to deepen academic offerings.
  • Establish a sustainable livelihood empowerment fund aimed at supporting program beneficiaries and their families.

Long-Term Goals (2027-2032):

  • Build a fully accredited university campus that offers comprehensive programs in Biblical studies and vocational training.
  • Expand operations into West African countries, amplifying our impact regionally.
  • Create a robust alumni network, fostering continuous community engagement and development initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Total number of students enrolled annually.
  • Number of new study centers successfully established.
  • Active partnership agreements and community collaboration metrics.
  • Funding targets met through diverse channels (grants, donations, etc.).
  • Alumni engagement rate and measurable community impact.

Action Plan:

  • Conduct in-depth market research and community needs assessments to guide program development.
  • Develop and structure academic curricula aligned with our mission and community needs.
  • Build partnerships with local churches, educational institutions, and non-profits for greater outreach.
  • Secure funding through grants, corporate sponsorships, and donations to fuel our initiatives.
  • Recruit, train, and support a committed staff aligned with our mission values and operational goals.

Budget Allocation:

  • Program Development: 30% - Curriculum creation, materials, and program resources.
  • Marketing & Outreach: 20% - Engaging communities and spreading awareness.
  • Staffing & Training: 20% - Building a skilled, motivated team.
  • Infrastructure Development: 15% - Setting up study centers and essential facilities.
  • Contingency Fund: 15% - Financial buffer for unforeseen expenses.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

  • Prepare quarterly reports to track progress and resource allocation.
  • Conduct bi-annual meetings with key stakeholders to review goals and strategies.
  • Annual impact assessments to evaluate our programs’ effectiveness and community impact.
