Lesson 1

Paul wrote this important book from his prison cell. He deals with some key thoughts and words that seem to give some theologians fits: such as, “election” and “predestination.” His explanations are so plain and helpful.

Lesson 2

Is God’s forgiveness limitless? When a person receives God’s salvation there is a sequence of 3 things that happen. What does it mean to be sealed by the Holy Spirit?

Lesson 3

What are the 3 kinds of death mentioned in Scripture? What is the predominant trait of every human being before salvation? This lesson covers some of the key thoughts and words of chapter 2.

Lesson 4

What part does “good works” play in salvation? Paul was called on to preach the mystery of the church. What is the mystery? What was the particular message Paul was to preach to Gentiles?

Lesson 5

God has somethings that the church is to impart to angels, what can thse be? Dr. Bob Dowie explains from chapter 3 how God gives to His children power in the “inner man” so that he will have power over the weaknesses of the “outer man.”

Lesson 6

Dr. Dowey explains the three “L’s” brought to our attention in Ephesians 4. In this chapter Paul emphasizes the importance and means of unity.

Ephesians 4 talks about the gifts to be used by believers and the work of the ministry. What do the terms “the new man and the old man” imply?

In Ephesians 6 Paul lays out God’s expectations for fathers and children. This chapter also deals with the Armor of God that each individual believer is to make daily use of in order to be successful in Christianity.
